Responsibilities Represent NextShining in a professional and engaging manner. Introduce customers and prospects to the company’s services and brand. Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently. Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers. Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. Answer general questions and provide accurate information about company offerings. Gather customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team. Collaborate with team members to support promotional and business objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of current services, promotions, and brand messaging. Help create a welcoming and professional customer experience. Qualifications Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Professional, confident, and approachable personality. Ability to communicate effectively with different types of customers.
